Same day service and a very friendly, clean, and knowledgeable technician arrived who clearly knew what he was doing. Replaced a faulty wire for me which was covered by the diagnostic fee. However, I need a new control board which was quoted as $300 plus $180 for install. I understand the cost of the part but $180 to install something I watched a four minute YouTube video on is a bit extreme. Will complete the repair myself.
