After several failed attempts, I finally broke down and googled appliance repair near me at 6AM... to my surprise they not only answered the phone, but showed up by 9am and after a quick diagnostic, the tech ordered the part, and had me going by 3pm the next day! Wonderful service. The part was $250. Diagnostic plus Install was 100. Not too bad.

Same day service and a very friendly, clean, and knowledgeable technician arrived who clearly knew what he was doing. Replaced a faulty wire for me which was covered by the diagnostic fee. However, I need a new control board which was quoted as $300 plus $180 for install. I understand the cost of the part but $180 to install something I watched a four minute YouTube video on is a bit extreme. Will complete the repair myself.

While it turned out to be too old to repair, the technician who came was incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the whole visit. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell or push anything unnecessary.
