My washer was in the middle of a load and quit working. It was full of water and wouldn't drain. I tried resetting the washer, restarting the washer and unplugged. After several failed attempts, I finally broke down and googled appliance repair near me at 6AM... to my surprise they not only answered the phone, but showed up by 9am and after a quick diagnostic, the tech ordered the part, and had me going by 3pm the next day! Wonderful service. The part was $250. Diagnostic plus Install was 100. Not too bad.

Same day service and a very friendly, clean, and knowledgeable technician arrived who clearly knew what he was doing. Replaced a faulty wire for me which was covered by the diagnostic fee. However, I need a new control board which was quoted as $300 plus $180 for install. I understand the cost of the part but $180 to install something I watched a four minute YouTube video on is a bit extreme. Will complete the repair myself.
